Coach development · Remote or in person

See your coaching more clearly.

Independent support shaped around where and how you coach. In person or remotely through session footage and regular conversations, we look at your practice together, make changes that matter to you and keep reviewing what they change.

How we work together

Coaches deserve a clearer picture of their own practice.

Coaches review their players and performances every week. They rarely get the same attention themselves. I work with you through live observation where practical, or remotely using session footage, calls and regular review. We can look at the feedback you give, the questions you ask, how much ownership players have or how you respond when the pressure changes.

The same principles apply whether we work remotely or in person. There is no generic scorecard. We start with what you want to understand, use observation, video and data where they help, and turn what we learn into something you can try in your environment.

Three months to look closer, try things and learn from them.

01

Understand

We begin with your role, your team and the questions you want to explore. Together, we agree one or two areas of your coaching that are worth looking at more closely.

02

Observe

Through live observation or shared session footage, we build a clear picture of your coaching in context. We discuss what you noticed, what I saw and why it matters in your environment.

03

Adapt

We agree a practical change for you to try, then keep reviewing how it shows up. We adjust the approach as you learn and build a clear plan for the work you want to continue.

Close enough to understand the context, wherever you coach.

Over three months, we agree a rhythm of regular contact around what you need. That might include live observation, session or match footage, coaching conversations and deeper reviews. Some coaches will need more support at particular points, so the shape of the work stays flexible. Delivery can be fully remote or combine remote support with time in your environment.

  • Your coaching in contextLive observation where practical, or focused review of session, meeting and match footage that you share.
  • Ongoing supportRegular calls, check-ins and planning conversations to help you put changes into practice, rather than leaving you with a report.
  • Evidence you can useFocused video and structured observation, followed by short monthly summaries and a final development plan.
  • Your perspective and theirsWhere appropriate and agreed, we can check how players experience the changes you are making.
